Data Protection Law

With the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), which entered into force on 07.04.2016, the protection of personal data has become official and the law regulates the processing of personal data to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and the obligations of real and legal persons who process personal data and the procedures and principles to be followed.

Pursuant to the Law, data controllers are obliged to conduct and/or have conducted the necessary audits to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Law.

ER&TA Law Office offers the following services to its clients in order to ensure compliance with KVKK and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation):
